    Patch procedure and maintenance for Beyond the Horizon

    At 07:30 CET all servers were shut down to prepare the release of Beyond the Horizon, the biggest expansion to date for Bounty Bay Online. We'll update this news and forum topic on a regular base, to keep you informed about the status progress.

    11:30 CET - The first work for the update is done, the internal work is currently running quite fine. No ETA yet for the new Client Download/Patch available.

    15:30 CET - Additional tests for the expansion are currently done with the internal QA department. We will try to deliver the client patch soon.

    17:30 CET - Quick update: We actually run some last tests on the client patches in all languages. We really hope, that we can offer you the client patch soon. We'll come back with news, as soon as the download becomes ready.

    19:00 CET - Hello everyone, after some additional checks, we want to inform you, that the work on the update has not been finished yet. We'll need some more time to prepare everything, but after the QA check for the patch is finally done, we hope to get the final clearance for the patch real soon. Thanks for your patience!

    21:00 CET - We moved on to the final QA testing of the servers. The patch will be around 450 MB and will be made available via update through the launcher and also via manual download. Again, as soon as we have a timeframe, we'll inform you at this place.

    23:00 CET - Again a small update, QA is still checking on some issues, while our tech department is working on hardware fixes. We can't give out any ETA at this point, but again we'll keep you updated at this place.

    23:59 CET - The client download is now available.
