Sorm Island Drop Rate Reduction?Just a Spot check to see if anyone else has noticed a reduction in the drop rate of Upgrade Stones and Drawings from RON and Lance since last restart.
From the 5 runs(Normal) I have done since Saturday night
Ron - 2x SD2, 1x Iron Throwing Hammer, Coins/Maps
Lance - 2x ROG2, 2x Special Poison, Coins/Maps
I realize I could by just incredibly UN-lucky at the moment, but I have been doing RON/Lance runs nightly for a long time and this is the first time I have gone all week with out a single Upgrade Stone to drop.
I have gotten several Upgrade Stones to drop from random mobs (Which is normal), so the runs have not been a total waste of time. Pattey dropped very well Saturday and Wed, but Dante has dropped nothing of note (some L6 SB jewels good for NPC'ng)
I am posting this because Snail Games (the maker of the game) has a diabolical history (confirmed) of nerfing drop rates without notice.
As a community we have to stay on top of this type of thing, because often the distributor (Yusho in this case) will not even be told a change was made and only a disgruntled player base will bring it to their attention.
There are several other clues that indicate we either got a very poor drop table roll (every restart resets the drop tables) or there has indeed been a change in the drop rate itself. Within 2-5 days after every server restart there has been a DarkSkull jewel drop, we have not had one yet that I am aware of.
This could also all just be coincidence and we are just off to a slow start this server restart.
